Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If one order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last parcel.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you withdraw, for example by letter or e-mail, before the period ends: QIKO CARGO COMPANY LIMITED, Kowloon, Hong Kong, FLAT/RM 704, 7/F, BRIGHT WAY TOWER, NO. 33 MONG KOK ROAD, MONG KOK, KOWLOON, HONG KONG, e-mail support@meimeiassistant.com.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the 14 days have passed is enough.

Refund

We refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. Extra costs of an express delivery that you chose instead of our cheapest standard delivery are not refunded.

We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you pay no fees for the refund. We may hold back the refund until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them, whichever happens first.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to FLAT/RM 704, 7/F, BRIGHT WAY TOWER, NO. 33 MONG KOK ROAD, MONG KOK, KOWLOON, HONG KONG without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after you told us that you withdraw. The deadline is met if you send them before the 14 days end.

You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for a loss in value that results from handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
